I recently used Chigwell Tree Service and was genuinely impressed, excellent customer service, responsive and everything was clearly explained before the work began.
The pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the work. They offered a great deal compared to others I looked at, and it felt like real value.
They arrived exactly on time and got straight to work without any delays. The team worked efficiently and professionally throughout.

After cutting the tree, they did a thorough clean-up, leaving the area spotless. You wouldn’t even know they had been there apart from the job being perfectly done.

I also really respected how they handled neighbour privacy. They were considerate, careful, and there was no disruption or mess affecting surrounding properties.

Overall, a reliable and professional service that I would definitely recommend to anyone needing tree work done.

I live abroad and needed work carried out at my property in Essex, so good communication was really important. Chigwell tree services kept me updated throughout and made the whole process straightforward.

The job involved removing a large sycamore tree that had been causing issues, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. The work was completed to a high standard and the property was left clean and tidy afterwards.

Really appreciate the reliable service, would definitely recommend

Excellent work from Chigwell tree services, even assisted with an application to the Council to confirm that it was fine to remove the conifer. Removed our old garden shed and cleared up the area quickly and cleanly. Would highly recommend and shall be using their services again!

Excellent service
Only wanted 4/5 rolls of turf & they put them aside for me next day to collect.
Would 100% order again with them.

Excellent communication and service. I called Chigwell Tree Services for a tree trim and shape and they did a fantastic job. Even accommodating some additional changes I asked for.

I'll definitely be using them again.

Chigwell Tree Services pruned my rather overgrown Evergreen Fir Tree today. Excellent job. Very professional, clean and tidy and shaped the tree beautifully. Would definitely use their services again

Great service throughout, from getting a competitive quote to the job being completed. The guys were prompt and very professional, they crowned two trees and then did a fantastic job tidying up the branches from neighbouring gardens afterwards. I would highly recommend Chigwell Tree Services!
