I recently used Chigwell Tree Service and was genuinely impressed, excellent customer service, responsive and everything was clearly explained before the work began. The pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the work. They offered a great deal compared to others I looked at, and it felt like real value. They arrived exactly on time and got straight to work without any delays. The team worked efficiently and professionally throughout. After cutting the tree, they did a thorough clean-up, leaving the area spotless. You wouldn’t even know they had been there apart from the job being perfectly done. I also really respected how they handled neighbour privacy. They were considerate, careful, and there was no disruption or mess affecting surrounding properties. The guys were prompt and very professional, they crowned two trees and then did a fantastic job tidying up the branches from neighbouring gardens afterwards.
